    Let me start off by saying that Rob and Brian in the service department are very helpful and extremely professional. They went out of their way to make sure that things went smoothly and that I ended up happy with the service I received at Tracey Freightliner. The technician I spoke with took the extra time to make sure he fully explained what the problem was and what would be necessary to fix it, and when asked detailed questions was very knowledgeable. Another positive was that the truck was ready by the date they told me it would be. And when we picked up the truck and I was handed the final invoice I was pleased to find that the total cost was very close to what the original estimate amount was that had been quoted to me. My overall experience with Tracey Freightliner has been extremely positive.
