  I've had nothing but a wonderful experience when using Penske for my moving needs. My second largest move was very stressful having to relocate and what not but the staff really made me welcomed and made sure I got what I needed. I do regret not asking more questions as I went a back route to my new home and the hill terrain really kills the truck on an incline, it tacked on an additional three hours so note that to yourself, that's not their fault it is mine for not asking more questions. Anyhow I had a few issues since I had a tow dolly and I had three different occasions where I needed someone to come help me. They sent out their service member Joe who was wonderful and really helped me out in a quick amount of time. I needed roadside assistance due to more issues with the dolly and the guy was very quick once he got out to me. The third at my new destination took way longer but it's most likely due to only a small Penske branch being there but when I got a hold of them they got a guy out to me quickly to help me with the dolly. So all in all just go with Penske they don't charge you per mile, they provide better service especially when there are issues, and the people are very pleasant and want to help you. I like what they have to offer better. Last note also ask them about movers they can hook you up with some. I actually hurt myself when I got to my new location and had to book them last minute, they worked so hard to make sure I got movers though it wasn't that day it was first thing next morning right on time and the people were so professional I was very grateful for them on a last minute whim. So thank you Penske for making my big move as easy as possible.
