  Needed a replacement screen for a Pella window that was already installed when I bought the house. After giving them all the info they asked for and physically bringing the screen to their office in Rensselaer I was told that they would send me an estimate for the new screen. 2 weeks and a few nasty phone messages left later, I finally got the estimate. After ordering the replacement and waiting two weeks for it to be shipped, I finally went and picked the screen up on a Monday at 4pm. When I got home I saw that the screen was the wrong size, it's short by almost 2 inches. I called them that Monday at 4:45 to tell them I needed another screen ordered and left a message. I never got a call back so I called two different people and left messages with them the next day. Then that night I sent them an email asking them to please call me back. It has now been 3 days, I've left 10 messages to any number I can and no one will call me back. I am taking time off of work this Friday to physically drive over there and try to get a new replacement screen. This is the worst customer service I think I have ever encountered. And the fact that I can't take my business elsewhere is even more frustrating. Do NOT get Pella anything. Read the reviews on any site, you will see stories similar to mine everywhere. These people just simply dont care about their customers, plain and simple.
