    it is almost 1:20 p.m. the office is supposed to be back at 1:00 p.m. - I have been calling since 1:10 - still being connected to their answering services. Also, the doctor is never available, you will always see one of his nurse practitioners. My partner gets injections for eyebrow hair growth – Dr. Pan will not administer the shots due to his inability to do it well. I guess the first few times were so awful that now he only has his nurse practitioner give the injections. The time spent waiting, the rudeness emanating from the front desk as well as the general lack of presence of the actual specialist you are there to see --- not worth it and very poorly managed. Again, an hour lunch window – and 20 minutes after 1…. I am still not connected to anything but the out of office answering service.
