  Went to Nathan's at Crossgates mall on January 17, 2018 at 5:30 pm. That was a mistake. No one in line which was nice. As I approached the counter, a male employee was starting to walk towards the back and saw me approach. He made a gesture and acted as though he was disappointed that he had to work. I said "sorry" for him having to change his direction. He took my order of a cheeseburger (no meal), just the cheeseburger. He turned to make my order and I notice he put a hamburger that had already been sitting on the grill, already cooked, already burnt to a warmer section of the grill. I didn't complain being affraid of retaliation for a fresh burger. I ended eating half the hockey puck burger I was served. After eating I went and stood in front of Nathan's to take a few photos. About 5:45 pm and still no customers at the counter. No employees in front. The male employee that served me visible sitting at a desk in the back with his hat backwards and sitting in his cell phone. I am all for making reasonable wages but this guy doesn't deserve $2.00 an hour. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
