  We made an appointment for 10:00 am and were there early. We didn't get our coach in to have the air dryer replaced until a little after 11:00. The service manager came out and apologized for the delay, they'd had an unexpected problem come up. He was very polite and sincere with it. We understand that things like this can and do happen. The tech came out and listened to our concerns about how to handle the coach because we live in it. He listened to everything we asked him to be careful of including the steps which go in and out automatically (but not always). He also listened to the symptoms we were experiencing with our air dryer (air release valve sticking), where it was located, etc. and he nodded understanding after each point. He was a very nice young man.
  
  After we reached their customer waiting room (rather nice) the service manager checked on us again, and an estimate followed shortly. It was about what we expected but the dryer price was higher than we'd been told over the phone but not by much. I asked when the tech expected to be finished and the manager came back and said probably by 1:30pm. It was finished exactly on time and the charge was a little lower because the tech finished in a little less time than estimated.
  
  We are very, very satisfied with the Kenworth Northeast facility in Albany, NY and would not hesitate to return for service.
