  I had a great experience at Jacque's!
  
  I am a wedding DJ out of Syracuse and I was in a real pickle a few weeks ago. I had a wedding in Albany and I was 3/4s of the way there before realizing I accidentally left my tuxedo (and all of my dress clothes) at home. I was running low on time and had to find somewhere to get a suit or tux QUICK.
  
  I tried calling Men's Warehouse and Tuxedo Junction, but both of them said they don't actually stock tuxedo's and need a one week turnaround to do tailoring. I decided to try a local place, so I found Jacque's on google and gave him a call. I frantically told him about my situation and he told me not to worry, just to stop in and that he would take care of me.
  
  He was very flexible, he said he could either rent me or sell me a tux or suit. I ended up buying a suit being that I needed another one anyways. Jean did all my hemming and tailoring in 15 minutes and got me out the door to my wedding. He even ironed everything for me so I looked professional.
  
  I could have been taken advantage of in this situation, being that I needed something quick and was willing to pay. But, Jean did not nickle and dime me. He gave me a good price on the suit & shirt; and, being that I forgot my shoes as well, he gave me a pair of dress shoes and dress socks. He knew I was a college kid that didn't have a ton of money, so instead of charging me for a pair, he gave me his own dress shoes and told me I could keep them.
  
  Literally one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Obviously a local place can never be quite as cheap as a chain store, but I'd much rather give my money to this guy any day. He definitely went above and beyond to help me in my situation!
