    Today was the third time my husband tried to get his cpap equipment. He was told on Jan.17, 2017, that his equipment would be ordered. Since it did not arrive he went back to Lincare to find out what was the problem. Prior to this he also called his doctor to make sure that they had called Lincare again and there should be no problem in getting needed supplies. A staff member indicated she did not know why the replacement supplies were not ordered and my husband would have to wait another 7-10 days. Although he has followed through with completing all requirements for getting the supplies, the Lincare company does not appear to follow through with their professional responsibility.
