  Dick's Crossgates Manager, Adam, was totally incompetent and unable to communicate. Needed to return 2 golf clubs- immediately said they were used (purchased 2 days before and it was JANUARY). Then I was told they had to be returned to the store they were purchased- accused them of being fake or other nefarious actions by me. Left and went to Latham store. They had called ahead, and I was then given trouble by Latham manager. Finally resolved after I was sent home to dig through garbage for labels (had original receipt the entire time and never told labels were required for club returns). No real fault from Latham (I returned another club without issue (or labels) the day before. They were jaded by inept Crossgates. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THEIR PART.

  Hard to find specific sizes and the merchandise is not organized well, was hard to find what I was looking for and ended up going elsewhere. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful which is what earned this location any stars at all.
